Evergreen Valley - Home
Hassett Day Services is now open and accepting applications and will provide supportive services for families or spouses that desire to keep their loves ones at home.
A family member who works, attends school, or who needs respite from care giving, can have peace of mind knowing that their loved one is well cared for in a safe environment during the daytime hours.
The center will also offer a wide variety of health and social assistance. A registered nurse provides health assessment and treatment as well as assistance with medications.
Program Assistants provide personal care and structured activities. Physical therapy, nutritional and social work counseling are also available. Evergreen Valley will furnish transportation to the Center and medical appointments as well as provide a hot noon meal.
Hassett Day Services offer the opportunity for participants to remain at home and give families the freedom to work and enjoy their lives while maintaining a close relationship and responsibility for their loved one.
